The breeding highlight is the Stallion Licensing and Stallion Sales of the dressage stallions in Verden. At the main licensing, two and a half year old stallions are presented in hand as well as three year old stallions under the rider. Stallion owners and riders buy their future stallion or sport partner here.
From November 20 to 22, 2025, the stallion licensing of dressage stallions and the Hannoveraner Dressage FRH Cup for seven- to nine-year-old dressage horses will take place. All stallions of the riding horse population (breed group 1) are eligible to participate in the licensing, provided that they meet the pedigree requirements.

Hannoveraner FRH Cup
The FRH Cup will also be held in Verden from November 20/21 as part of the Verden Stallion Licensing. Combining sport and breeding - we are now also pursuing this goal with the dressage stallions. During two days, the seven to nine year olds will present themselves in an entry test as well as a Small and Grand Final of the newly created FRH Cup. The final test as the highlight of the competition - a Prix St. George Special - is ridden before the stallions are lunged. So the connection between sport and breeding is perfect.
Tickets
Admission on Thursday is free of charge. For Friday and Saturday, a ticket costs 20 Euros on the long side and 15 Euros on the short side. If seats are still available, tickets can also be purchased during the event. Tickets for standing can be purchased on the day of the event, if available. You can order your desired tickets online.
