The reports in agenda item 5 will be followed by the lecture “Tomorrow's market for athletes and breeders”. This lecture will be given by Dr. Christina Münch (horse future panel).

The agenda is subject to change. The Delegates' Assembly is open to all members of the Verband. The delegates as well as the district chairpersons are entitled to vote. Delegation of votes is only permitted for the delegates of the district society Hannoveraner International. Motions may be submitted to the office up to 4 weeks before the meeting.
                                
The Supervisory Board                                

 

New (as of March 25, 2025): Elections at the Delegates' Assembly on April 28, 2025

In accordance with the committee adjustments decided at the last Delegates' Assembly in January 2025, no election to the Board is scheduled. The reason for this is that the committee will be reduced by one person.

In principle, this also applies to the Supervisory Board. However, Supervisory Board member Matthias Grupe is resigning from his position for professional reasons at the Delegates' Assembly, so that a by-election for the remaining term of office of three years will take place on April 28. The Supervisory Board has announced that Supervisory Board member Achim Schacke is available for this position. Background: Achim Schacke would resign from the Supervisory Board on April 28, as the agreed reduction in the size of the Supervisory Board means that Achim Schacke's seat will not be filled.

Of course, other people can apply for the vacant Supervisory Board position. The first deadline for applications is March 31. The applications will be published here and sent to the delegates with the invitation. There is also a second deadline for applications for subsequent applications, for which April 21 is the final date for receipt. These applications will also be published here and sent to the delegates afterwards. In accordance with the statutes, applications received after this date cannot be considered.

Current applications for the Supervisory Board position (reduced term of office of 3 years):

Achim Schacke, Wittingen (already a current member of the Supervisory Board, so no need to reapply)

In addition, three people are elected to the Breeding Committee on a rotating basis, with one person each for dressage, show jumping and eventing.

The first deadline for applications is March 31. The applications will be published here and sent to the delegates with the invitation. There is also a second deadline for late applications, for which April 21 is the final date for receipt. These applications will also be published here and sent to the delegates afterwards. In accordance with the statutes, applications received after this date cannot be considered.

Current applications for the breeding committee:

Dressage: Dr. Frederic Bünger, Lamspringe

Showjumping: Oliver Ross, Thedinghausen (already a current member of the breeding committee, therefore no need to reapply)

Eventing: Marco Krüger, Munster

In addition, the delegates' assembly elects the person in charge of Good Governance at the suggestion of the Board.

Scheduling of the delegates' assembly

In the 01/2025 issue of the members' newspaper DER HANNOVERANER, April 29, 2025 was inadvertently published as the date for the delegates' assembly. However, the correct date is Monday, April 28, 2025. The delegates' assembly begins at 3 p.m. in Verden, Lindhooper Str. 92.
