The first medals have been awarded at the FEI World Championships in Herning/DEN. The German dressage riders won the bronze medal behind host Denmark and the team from Great Britain. "I am totally happy about the performances of the riders and horses, they all delivered top performances," said national coach Monica Theodorescu.
The Dimaggio/Rubinstein son Duke of Britain FRH (breeder: Sarah and Tony Pidgley, Windsor/GBR) and Frederic Wandres celebrated their Championships premiere, achieving the ninth best result in the Grand Prix. Franziskus by Fidertanz/Alabaster (breeder: Elisabeth Albers, Löningen) and Ingrid Klimke delivered a personal best (14th place).
