Second round of Foal Spring.

On the evening before the public holiday, the Verden Foal Spring entered its second round. 25 foals with highly interesting pedigrees found new owners for an average of 5,825 Euros.

The bid board showed six bidders with 28 bids and a hammer price of 13,000 Euros for the expressive Despacito/Millennium son Dark Passion II (breeder and exhibitor: Ulrich Heitmann, Hagenah). He is already the third foal in a row of Hann.Pr.St./Vet+ Milka that belongs to a foal collection of the Hannoveraner Verband. A new customer from Westphalia secured the Escaneno PS/San Amour daughter Eliana (breeder and exhibitor: Holger Duveneck, Twistringen) for 10,500 Euros. Her half-sister was sold at auction to Austria last year.

The best-paid foal with jumping pedigree was Dirakäthe by Diro/Casall (breeder and exhibitor: ZG Johannhardt, Bruchhausen-Vilsen. A regular customer from Sweden paid 9,250 Euros for the typey chestnut filly. The best performance blood flows through her veins, as she comes from the dam line of the stamp stallion Contendro and Carsten-Otto Nagel's team World and European champion Corradina. Nine more foals will leave Germany.
