At the CSI4* Braunschweig/GER, the Stakkato Gold/Quidam's Rubin son Starissa (breeder: Albert Sprehe, Essen) and Germany's Mario Stevens won the Grand Prix of Lower Saxony and were over three seconds faster than the competition. "Starissa had a break from competing because he had such an incredible season last year. Braunschweig is only his second horse showe again. I wouldn't have thought that he would be back at full speed so quickly. It's an incredible feeling," said Mario Stevens after his victory.
