At the CSI5* Valkenswaard/NED the Contagio/Escudo son Coby (breeder: Jürgen Geffken, Lilienthal) and rider Philipp Weishaupt won the 300,000 Euros Grand Prix. It is the third 5* Grand Prix success for the twelve-year-old in the past six months.
In Šamorin/SVK the Cascadello/Chacco-Blue son Crossover (breeder: Harm Wiebusch, Fredenbeck) won the first 1.50 metre Grand Prix of his career. The U.S. American Chloe Reid was in the saddle of the bay, born in 2013.
At the same time, the Schafhof Dressage Festival in Kronberg/GER celebrated a Hannoveraner double victory: Faustus by Falsterbo/Forrest xx (breeder: Heino Bruns, Gödenstorf) and rider Dorothee Schneider won Grand Prix and Special. In both competitions Tarantino by Toronto/Carbid (breeder: Hans Günther Boehl, Bad Berleburg) and rider Carina Scholz followed in second place.
