The first representatives of the 2024 foal crop aroused great interest. At the first online Auction of the Verden Foal Spring, Zauberprinz by Zauberlehrling PS/Franz-Ferdinand achieved the top price of 20,000 Euros. The final bidding began every three minutes. When the last virtual bid was accepted, the average price for the 27 high-quality foals was fixed: 6,851.85 Euros.

There were a total of 44 bids from eleven bidders for the colt Zauberprinz bred by Rene Zuidema from Basdahl. The USA had the upper hand in the bidding duel and secured the bay colt, whose dam and granddam have already produced several coveted Verden Auction foals. The best-paid jumping foal is Cockpit E by Cornet's Carpaccio RT/Carrico, bred by Dirk and Lars Eggers GbR from Hamburg. He changed ownership for 6,750 Euros. A total of three foals achieved prices of over 8,000 Euros.

The next opportunity to purchase one of the strictly selected Hannoveraner foals with exquisite pedigrees directly at the source in Verden will be in just 14 days on Thursday, May 8. This will be followed by the online auctions on May 23, June 6 and June 27.
