Hannoveraner Verband

Action brought by six members against the Hannoveraner Verband dismissed.

Six members of the Hannoveraner Verband have filed a lawsuit against the board on the occasion of the dismissal of Dr. Werner Schade, former breeding director and managing director. On the part of the six plaintiffs, who were represented by Dr. Burkhard Oexmann, it was objected that the dismissal of the Managing Director Dr. Schade without notice, or alternatively with due and proper notice, was illegal. The reasons given for the complaint included errors of form at the board meeting that made the decision and the violation of membership rights.

On February 12, the second hearing of the lawsuit took place at the Verden Regional Court. The complaint was dismissed as inadmissible. However, the judgment will only be legally valid within the time limit if no appeal is lodged.
