Gentleman new "FRH-horse".

The Supporter’s Club for Hanoverian Sport Horses FRH has a new family member: Sandra Auffarth’s Bundeschampion Gentleman was honoured with the desired name supplement “FRH” on the occasion of the hanoverian stallion licensing in Verden. The impressive bay horse had won the Bundeschampionat of five-year-old event horses in Warendorf in September this year.

The three letters FRH stand for a strong community, the “Supporter’s Club for Hanoverian Sport Horses”. Primary goal is to support highly talented horses. Its flagships are Hanover’s four-legged sport stars such as Desperados FRH, Showtime FRH or FRH Butts Avedon and the vaulting horse Delia FRH. Gentleman FRH by Grey Top/Fabriano (breeder: Annette and Detlef Schelhas, Lage) is still at the very beginning of his career. The bay horse was discovered at the Verden stallion licensing in 2014. Veronica Sinz and Alexander Wening of Gestüt Lichtenmoor in Heemsen purchased the two-and-a-half-year old for Sandra Auffarth. The World Champion was immediately smitten. “None other than him!” was Sandra’s comment in the Niedersachsenhalle.

Gentleman was then carefully trained and shown at tournaments with the focus on eventing. He also started his breeding career. He convinced both, judges and audience, in the two sport tests for stallions accomplished last year. He became the celebrated Bundeschampion in Warendorf at the beginning of September, succeeding the Contendro/Garibaldi II-daughter Corona with whom Sandra Auffarth had won in 2012. “We are of course very proud of this award and it was great fun because the atmosphere in Verden was fantastic!!!”
