The Aganix du Seigneur Z/Cornet Obolensky son Acanto (breeder and exhibitor: Kai Baumgartner, Kamern) was the highest priced foal at the online auction on 29 August. He was worth 10,500 Euros to a buyer from Saudi Arabia - two weeks after two Hannoveraner Van Helsing offspring finished eleventh and thirteenth with their Saudi riders at the Olympic Games in Paris. Acanto is the third foal of the mare Cubalibre BK to be part of the lot at a Verden foal auction.
An average of 5,415 Euros had to be spent on the 41 representatives of the year 2024 at the last online foal auction of the year. Almost half of them are expected to leave Germany.
