Bundeschampionat of leisure horses

Double victory for Cäcilia K and Carolin Klatte.

In Hanover, the Bundeschampionat of leisure horses were held. At the same time, the Hannoveraner Champion of Leisure Horses was determined. The outstanding winner of both championships was the Hannoveraner mare Cäcilia K with Carolin Klatte in the saddle.


Cäcilia K by Castellano/Don Roncalli bred by Susanne Klatte, Wardenburg, won the German and Hannoveraner Championships by far. The six-year-old was convincing in the parts of the test for test riders and behaviour in the group as well as in the obedience test. Breeder's daughter Carolin Klatte won the Bundeschampionat for the third time. The Hannoveraner Vice Champion was the Coolio/Quality daughter Coco Mü (breeder: Eric Mürau-Balke, Langenhagen) with Anke Knörzer, who excelled especially in the behaviour in the group and in the obedience task. The third place ribbon went to Dana Bella by Don Index/Lauries Crusador xx (breeder: Johann Schmidt, Friedeburg), presented by Katharina Schiefelbein.


Hannoveraner horses were also convincing in the second division of the Bundeschampionat. In the group of four- to twelve-year-old horses and ponies, Relais by Rascalino/Wildcard (breeder: Katrin Thomasmeyer, Bissendorf) and Anna Thomasmeyer scored points in all parts of the test and came second. The lap of honour in the group of 13-year-old and older horses and ponies was led by Giselle by Grand Galopin/Feldherr (breeder: Barbara Finken, Egestorf) and Anna Thomasmeyer.
